Researcher finds holiday joy, Cold War ideology present in classic Christmas movies

When you think of Christmas movies, your mind might go first to classics like "It’s a Wonderful Life" or "Miracle on 34th Street."

Joy is a researcher at University College London, where she’s writing her thesis on Christmas movies.

The Show spoke with her, and she said they have changed dramatically over the last several decades.
