Gov. Katie Hobbs will deliver her first State of the State speech Monday afternoon to a joint session of the Arizona Legislature.
It’s an opportunity for her to lay out her priorities for the year, and we’ll get more details on some of those priorities on Friday, when she releases her budget proposal.
