A green three-tailed comet is coming close to Earth this week — the first time it’s been this close in 50,000 years.
It will be closest on Feb. 2.
You just might be able to see it with your naked eye — or a camera, according to astrophotographer Adam Block. Block is a researcher at the Steward Observatory at the University of Arizona.
He joined The Show talk about the comet with a very distinct hue.
