Cooler weather could bring rain, wind and dust into Phoenix as Super Bowl visitors leave town

After the hubbub of the Super Bowl, Valley residents can expect some chilly conditions heading back to work. Temperatures are expected to fall after Sunday’s warm weather.

Jessica Leffel is a meteorologist with the National Weather Service in Phoenix.

"It looks like our cooling trend is going to pursue throughout early week all the way to Wednesday, so we can see right now that we’ve got, probably, highs in the high 50s to low 60s," she said.

Leffel also said there are chances of rain starting Monday and a potential for windier conditions bringing dust and dangerous driving conditions on Tuesday.
