Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes on joining a multi-state coalition to save DACA

Late last week, Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes joined a group of 22 state attorneys general in an effort to dissuade a federal judge in Texas from ending the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, known commonly as DACA.

In a filing to the court, Mayes and her fellow AGs pled their case for keeping DACA active, citing the hundreds of thousands of “Dreamers” who depend on the program to live and work in the U.S.

Mayes joined The Show to talk about why she joined this coalition and more.
