Summer temperatures are not far off, as the Phoenix area has been getting a little preview of the last few days. And that means higher utility bills are on their way as we turn on the air conditioning.
But this year, for both APS and SRP customers, those rates will be even higher.
Both major utilities have implemented rate increases, and there are planned price hikes at both utilities that will kick in later this year or early next.
