Frederick Francis Goltz pleaded guilty to one count of Interstate Threatening Communication for the posts he made against Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richer, and his family, last year.
On the social network platform patriots.win and others, the Texas resident had made several threats, some in response to other posts falsely accusing Richer of election fraud.
The magistrate judge has recommended the plea be accepted.
