From parmesan ice cream to jellyfish frittata, YouTuber Max Miller learns history through food

There are lots of ways to look at and learn about history: old documents, oral histories or art to name a few. The Show spoke with someone who studies the past through a different lens: food.

Max Miller is the host of "Tasting History" on YouTube, and he now has a cookbook out, aptly titled "Tasting History: The Cookbook." In it, he goes back in time to get a sense of what the past tasted like.

The Show spoke with him about how he got onto the idea of not only learning about historical recipes, but creating a YouTube channel and writing a cookbook.
