This Thursday marks the official end of the federal COVID-19 public health emergency, and, the cultural ripple effects of it are all around us. 

From movies to TV to video games, pandemic stories proliferate today, but, what kinds of pandemic stories do we actually need? That’s the question Emma Staffaroni posed  in a recent piece for Lit Hub
