Scottsdale seeks community input for future Indian School Park

The city’s parks and recreation department is working on a master plan for the 50-acre park that runs from Camelback to Indian School roads and Hayden Road to 82 nd Street.

Indian School Park has 13 tennis courts, along with racquetball, volleyball and basketball courts, baseball fields and a lake.

An online survey asks residents what they like and don’t like about the current park and what top amenities they’d like in the park and the recreation center. People can also post comments available for anyone to see. People can take the survey and leave comments at indianschoolpark.com

The master plan will not include a detailed list of projects to tackle immediately but feedback will guide planning for projects over the next 10-15 years.

Scottsdale will held a virtual workshop via Zoom on Indian School Park’s master plan at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 14. Register online at indianschoolpark.com.
