When the controversial border policy known as Title 42 ended in May at the U.S.-Mexico border, a slew of new immigration policies went into effect.

Title 42 had allowed authorities to quickly turn away migrants at the border, but now, new rules are leaving migrants with confusion and chaos as they make their journeys to the U.S.
