Child care continues to be a significant issue for the business community, as companies try to meet their workers’, or prospective workers’, needs. A recent report from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation found 62% of employers said child care was a reason they were seeing employees leave the workforce.
The Show spoke with Danny Seiden, president and CEO of the Arizona Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and asked him how big a deal it is for his members that their employees have a good, safe place for their kids to be while they’re at work.
