The life lessons Teresa Strasser has learned from the sidelines of Little League games

Teresa Strasser is probably best known for her work on television. You might have seen her host “The List,” which is shot right here in Phoenix.

She has also been a host on HGTV, a regular guest on "Dr. Phil," and she’s written for everything from “Who Wants To Be A Millionaire” to the Los Angeles Times.

But her newest book finds her far from the limelight. In fact, it finds her mostly sitting on the sidelines of her son’s Little League games.

It’s called “ Making It Home: Life Lessons from a Season of Little League,” and in it, Strasser and her cantankerous dad repair their relationship — and help heal from the loss of her brother and mother within a few months time. The Show spoke with her about it.
