The former director of Arizona’s Department of Corrections Charles Ryan faces two felony charges of disorderly conduct involving weapons and unlawful discharge of a weapon.
The settlement conference was supposed to take place Monday, but is now set for July 13.
The move comes after attorneys on both sides said they want to look at additional evidence.
Ryan was accused of pointing a gun at Tempe police during a standoff in his home on Jan. 6, 2022.
He was not indicted for aggravated assault on an officer, and 15 guns were seized from the home.
