The National Weather Service has issued an excessive heat warning through Wednesday for Maricopa County.
Phoenix-based meteorologist Gabriel Lojero said, “It’s going to be another very hot day, and based on our forecast it looks like that’s going to continue throughout at least the middle of the week where temperatures are going to exceed 115 degrees, plus.”
There is a 20 % chance of rain for Monday night in Phoenix. The only region in the state with a stronger chance is in the southeast.
