As the heat wave continues across the Southwest, the national media is, once again, taking aim at Phoenix, writing about the “brutal test of endurance” that we’re all living in and how “it’s like walking around in a blow-dryer.”
The New York Times’ seemingly annual “Arizona is Hot” feature hit in the last week and it’s all over TV news.
But some argue that while there are serious issues that come with the heat, it's also a fact of life in Arizona. Hank Stephenson is co-founder of the Arizona Agenda and he joined The Show to break down the annual media heat freak-out.
