There are signs of optimism in the U.S. economy.
The New York Times reported last week that inflation is down, wages are up and job growth is where many economists would like it to be. In Arizona, the state Office of Economic Opportunity says efforts by the Federal Reserve Board to cool the economy appear to be working.
So, where does that leave us and what does the near future look like?
