Mohave County judge dismisses Abe Hamadeh election case

A Mohave County Superior Court judge has dismissed losing GOP attorney general candidate Abe Hamadeh’s case attempting to overturn the election results.

While Judge Lee Jantzen did not grant current Attorney General Kris Mayes’ attorney fees, he granted motions to pay for ballot inspectors.

The Thursday ruling opens up the normal appeals process for Hamadeh after the state Supreme Court refused to immediately take it up without Jantzen’s ruling.
