McDowell Mountain Regional Park might be getting a new bike park.
Next month, the county will host a public meeting to consider potential designs for the park. Currently, the proposed park will include a skills area, a pump track, jump lines, flow trails and event spaces for pedestrian walkways and parking spaces.
Prior to drafting a design, the parks department released a survey to help determine the level of interest and features residents would want. According to a press release, more than 550 people responded to the survey.
The meeting is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. Nov. 2 at the Fountain Hills Community Center.
