For only the third time in franchise history, the Arizona Diamondbacks are playing in the National League Championship Series, which begins Oct. 16 in Philadelphia.
The series will shift to Phoenix for Game 3 on Oct.19.
And although the D-backs averaged just over 24,000 fans per game this season, team vice president Kenny Farrell says they are expecting twice as many to fill Chase Field.
"I would encourage getting down here, you know, at least an hour, if not two hours early," he said. "Just again to make sure you have plenty of time to get down, get in, enjoy the festivities, and be in your seat before our pregame ceremonies begin each game."
The D-backs will host Game 3 on Thursday afternoon, Game 4 on Friday and — if necessary — Game 5 on Saturday.
