Early ballots sent out for Phoenix bond election

Early ballots have been sent out for the Nov. 7 city of Phoenix bond election, the first since 2006.

At stake is $500 million across four bond proposals that would provide funding for first responders, infrastructure development and affordable housing.

Registered Phoenix voters will receive ballots in the mail.

They must mail them back by Oct. 31 or deliver them to a secure drop box or voting location by Election Day.
