The Arizona Cardinals have had a tough season so far — they’re 1-5, and have one of the worst records in the NFL.
A new report finds the team is also having some problems off the field. According to Kalyn Kahler, a senior NFL writer for the Athletic, employees within the organization have felt on edge and for a long time didn’t know to whom to bring concerns or complaints. Women, especially, said they were subjected to unwritten rules about where they could and could not be, who they were allowed to talk to, and how they dressed.
Kahler reported this story and she joined me to talk more about how the people with whom she spoke describe the workplace culture and environment within the Cardinals organization.
