Antiterrorism simulation is scheduled for next week at Luke Air Force Base

U.S. military officials say a full-scale antiterrorism exercise is scheduled to take place Oct. 25 at Luke Air Force Base in the West Valley.

Capt. Charis Bryan says air-training missions will continue like normal next Wednesday.

“The exercise will be on the confines of the base. Just physically on Luke Air Force Base the installation," Bryan said.

Officials say the simulated event may affect the ways people can enter and leave the base.
