Going gray is pretty trendy in some circles today. It's empowering for many women who reject the norm that they should continue to dye their hair to look younger as they age.

There are even books about this now including "The Silver Hair Handbook" and "Going Gray: How to Embrace Your Authentic Self with Grace and Style."

Tucson-based writer Adiba Nelson has a different take. Nelson is never one to mince words — and this topic is no exception. The Show spoke with her more about her declaration to not go gray.
