Gov. Katie Hobbs’ Bipartisan Election Task Force released its recommendations.
They include changing Arizona law to include ballot drop boxes in the 75-foot area in which politicking cannot happen. Right now, that only applies to polling places. The panel also endorsed proposals to try to incentivize more Arizonans to become poll workers and to automatically restore the voting rights of convicted felons once they’ve finished their prison term.
