Can a new way to graze cattle help climate change? This ASU filmmaker went to find out

What if the way farmers and ranchers allow their cattle to graze could help deal with climate change? A new four-part docuseries aims to look into whether or not that’s possible — and what it would take to make it happen.

Peter Byck is a professor of practice at Arizona State University, where he teaches documentary filmmaking about sustainability issues in the schools of sustainability and journalism. His latest project is called "Roots So Deep (you can see the devil down there)." ASU will host a screening Thursday night.

The Show sat down with Byck to talk about what he was trying to find out with this research and what he learned.
