Why some commuters from Nogales, Sonora, are seeing a backlog in their special travel lane

Some commuters from Nogales, Sonora, into Arizona had been noticing a problem: even though they’d paid for a trusted traveler pass that should have helped them cross the border more quickly, the lines were still taking a long time.

So, they asked for, and got a solution, at least temporarily.
