Peoria wants to make traffic signal boxes into public art. Here's how to submit a design

Peoria is asking creatives for their ideas to transform traffic signal boxes into public art displays.

The city and the West Valley leisure hub, Park West, are holding a box-art-wrap competition. Officials say entries can be in any medium so long as the work can be digitally reproduced as a two-dimensional vinyl wrap.

The deadline to submit has been extended to Dec. 4.
