The office space supply is much higher than demand in Phoenix, but the opposite is at least partially true for newer spaces with lots of amenities.
Those are among the findings of a report from the site selection firm JLL, which analyzed the third quarter of the year, and describes the outlook for office real estate in the Phoenix area as "cautious."
