This week, the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Summit — known as the APEC Summit — is getting underway in San Francisco. Its 21 member economies all have a vested interest in what goes on in the Asia-Pacific region. The group, which includes the United States, Canada and Mexico, meets regularly to discuss usual economic issues and trade business ways, among other issues.
The Show spoke with BBC's Rich Preston from London for a look at the summit, plus some of the key global stories in the coming days.
