Thanksgiving is Thursday, which means lots of us are running our kitchens in overtime to get ready. But Deb Perleman says when it comes to food-focused holidays like Thanksgiving, it can often be best to keep it simple.
Perleman is the creator of Smitten Kitchen and the author of three cookbooks. She spoke with The Show about how she approaches the holidays and what to serve as someone who works with food for a living.
