The Arizona Governor’s Office of Highway Safety is giving roughly $275,000 in a quintet of grants to Glendale.
Police in the West Valley city are to spend the money to train accident investigators and conduct different types of traffic enforcement.
Grant funds also will be used to promote seatbelt and child-safety-seat use, plus safety for cyclists and pedestrians
