There are rules in teen group texts — and consequences for breaking them

Lots of teens use group text chats to stay in touch with friends, make sure they know what the homework is or find out who’s going where on the weekend.

But according to journalist Fortesa Latifi, there are rules when it comes to these group chats. Breaking them can have consequences. And, in some ways, they’re not all that dissimilar to the rules of the middle or high school cafeteria.

Latifi wrote about this in the Washington Post and she joined The Show to talk about it.
