University of Arizona and Northern Arizona University have signed an agreement to collaborate on semiconductor research.
It calls for the universities to share research spaces and equipment and to work with industry partners.
The agreement comes after the Arizona Commerce Authority gave UA $35.5 million to expand its Micro/Nano Fabrication Center and workforce training.
