Purdy reacts to AZ billboards set up in support of him in the playoffs

A series of billboards across Arizona has recently caught the eye of residents and sports fans. The Lerner and Rowe Law Group put out signs in support of San Francisco 49ers quarterback Brock Purdy, who hails from Queen Creek.

Purdy and his team will take on the Kansas City Chiefs next Sunday in Super Bowl 58. He had this to say about the billboards.

“So we know the guy that did that. His name is Kevin Rowe. He’s the man, but, yeah, he’s just got my support out there, and he’s a family friend, so he put 'Let’s go Brock Purdy' on all his billboards around Arizona and a bunch of family friends are reaching out about it so it was pretty cool," he said.

The billboards have drawn the ire of some Arizona Cardinals fans, as many see the 49ers as longtime rivals.
