This week at the Arizona Capitol: Lots of questions about what's next after abortion ruling

Despite last week’s ruling by the Arizona Supreme Court that the state’s 1864 near-total ban on abortions supersedes a more recent 15-week ban, there are still lots of questions about what comes next, legally — and when.

The court gave Planned Parenthood 14 days to explore any remaining legal issues from a lawsuit challenging the territorial-era ban in the 1970s, before Roe v. Wade was decided. There are also questions of whether state lawmakers may take action on the issue this week.

With The Show, as he is every Monday during the legislative session to talk about what to expect this week at the state Capitol, is Howard Fischer of Capitol Media Services.
