Poll: Majority of Arizonans support aid for Ukraine

A new poll from Noble Predictive Insights shows 57% of Arizona voters generally support current or increased funding for Ukraine in its war against Russia.

Nearly 75% of Democrats and about half of Republicans and Independents polled were in favor.

"Conservative Republicans and Trump first Republicans favor reducing aid to Ukraine more so than maintaining or increasing funding. Conversely, Republicans who prioritize the party over Trump and moderate Republicans support current or higher levels of aid," said David Byler, chief of research with Noble Predictive Insights.

Byler said aid for Ukraine could play a role in whether voters decide to support former President Donald Trump in the general election.
