All 43 Republican Arizona delegates at this week’s Republican National Convention cast their vote to formally nominate Donald Trump as the Republican candidate for president.
Shelby Busch is chair of the delegation and announced their support live during the RNC’s state roll call.
“Arizona needs to secure its southern border to prevent the atrocities that are happening. It needs to fix its broken election system,' Busch said at the convention.
Three of the Arizona delegates at the RNC, state Sens. Jake Hoffman and Anthony Kern, and Nancy Cottle, were given permission to attend by an Arizona judge due to their status as defendants in the “fake electors” case.
