Food City’s public relations manager Susy Ferry says the popular Mexican dish of a red or clear broth with beef tripe, hominy, cilantro and spices can help.
“Menudo is one of the most popular soups. Not only to cure from hangovers but also is very tasty and it also has all those nutrients to help you recover,” she said.
Free menudo will be available from 9-11 a.m. at stores with delis.
