Affordable housing is hard to come by, particularly in Maricopa County. But new data show conditions in other parts of Arizona seem to be improving.
A report from real estate tracking firm Attom Data measured housing affordability in eight Arizona counties. Most of the counties measured have gotten more reasonable, though conditions didn't improve enough in any place for an average wage earner to be able to buy a home affordably.
