U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi posted on social media that the 35-year-old accused of setting fires at a Tesla dealership in Mesa would face federal charges.

Pam Bondi’s post promises no negotiations with “domestic terrorists,” and that they will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Pictures attached to a criminal complaint against Ian Moses show roughly half of a Cybertruck was consumed by fire.

Moses is accused of using starter logs and gasoline caught on videos by Tesla security.

Court records say police found a red gas can and other items seen on surveillance inside a van found nearby, which Moses owns.

A defense lawyer for Moses did not immediately reply to a request for comment.
