DSV broke ground for their new Arizona regional headquarters and supply chain facility in Mesa on Jan. 21, 2026.

Danish supply chain solutions and global transportation company DSV joins South Korean company KoMiCo in developing the Arizona technology industry.

DSV broke ground Wednesday for their new Arizona regional headquarters and supply chain facility in Mesa. DSV will provide materials and resources to major semiconductor and tech giants such as TSMC.

Mesa Vice Mayor Scott Sommers said the new building marks a big change in the local technology industry.

“They put $60 million of tenant improvements into this facility that was empty, to create advanced manufacturing that will initially have 50 new jobs, ramping up to 200 jobs,” Sommers said.

Additionally, South Korean semiconductor cleaning and coating company KoMiCo opened their doors in Mesa last week. Sommers said that the company will bring average higher salaries to the area and higher value technology jobs.

Both of these companies are a representation of the growing trend happening within the state. Sommers said Mesa is emerging as a new hub for the flourishing tech industry.

“Again, it's part of the ecosystem that's building up here in the Valley to make us the Silicon Desert,” Sommers said.
