Early ballots for the general election are starting to arrive in the mailboxes of Arizona voters.
The Maricopa County Recorder's Office says all 1.9 million early ballots have been given to the U.S. Postal Service for delivery.
Taylor Kinnerup with the county reminds voters to put their best contact number on the ballot envelope.
“If we have a question about your signature, that number on your ballot affidavit envelope is going to be the first thing we do to contact you. We’ll call you at that number to verify your signature directly," Kinnerup said.
In Maricopa County, ballots were mailed starting Oct. 9. Some voter centers are open weekdays in Maricopa County for in-person voting, with more open starting on Oct. 25.
