The president of the Navajo Nation said Monday morning that Diné College closed its main campus after a fire.
The campus in Tsaile was closed after a fire about 2 a.m. near the college’s student union building. That’s according to President Buu Nygren who said on social media that no injuries were reported but that residence halls and other housing were impacted.
The fire remains under investigation and people were told to stay off the campus until it was deemed safe to return.
