Federal and local authorities have descended on all Arizona locations of Colt Grill as part of a major investigation into alleged money laundering and labor exploitation.

The Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office, working alongside Homeland Security Investigations and other federal agencies served search warrants across the grill’s five locations, four of them here in Arizona: in Sedona, Prescott, Prescott Valley and Old Town Cottonwood.

Investigators say the probe is a complex criminal investigation, targeting suspected financial misconduct and mistreatment of workers tied to the barbecue chain.

Authorities are urging anyone near these areas to avoid the premises while the investigation continues.
