A portion of the North Kaibab Trail in Grand Canyon National Park will soon reopen to the public after closing last year due to wildfires.
Scheduled for March 4, the reopening comes nearly seven months after the Dragon Bravo Fire destroyed parts of the North Rim.
After intensive post-fire assessments, safety planning and trail maintenance, the open portions of the North Kaibab Trail will stretch from the Clear Creek Trail Junction to the Ribbon Falls Junction.
