The Pima County Elections Department says it printed the wrong primary election date in sample ballots mailed to voters.
The error was on pages that listed the county’s 126 vote centers.
More than 130,000 households that received the sample ballot are being sent postcards reminding them the primary election is actually on July 30.
Pima County Administrator Jan Lesher called the error unfortunate and regrettable.
