Vice President Kamala Harris has won the support of enough delegates to next month’s Democratic National Convention to become the presumptive presidential nominee. That came within a day of President Joe Biden announcing he was ending his run for re-election.
The weeks between now and when Democrats gather in Chicago will be closely watched, as will the convention itself when it gets started on Aug. 19.
