The Pima County Sheriff’s Department’s new reporting system will allow community members to report non-emergency incidents online.
Users can utilize the platform to report issues like identity theft, minor crashes and traffic complaints. Adam Schoonover is with the department.
”This kind of frees up those deputies, so for when those higher priority calls come in, we’re free to handle those calls versus potentially making you wait one, two, three hours depending on what’s going on that day," Schoonover said.
The service can be used on any device at pimasheriff.org.
