Illegal entry prosecutions in Arizona are up, despite fewer border apprehensions

The U.S. Attorney in Arizona prosecuted more than 2,600 migrants for illegal entry into the country during its second quarter. That’s a 25% uptick despite a drop in the number of migrant apprehensions.
